County Cork belongs to the province of Munster and is situated in the south-western corner of Ireland. It covers an area of 7,457 kmē and is the largest county of Ireland. The city is divided by the river Lee and is sometimes considered the "City of Bridges". West Cork is said to be the most beautiful part of Ireland and Towns such as Bantry and Skibbereen have a special charm that is only found in remote parts of the country.
